Returns are available for customers in the United States within 30 days after receiving the item. To start a return, please contact us first at qavroshop@gmail.com. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was received.
